Tech Lead Cloud Adoption (English speaking)(M/F/D)

Our Tech Leads (Cloud Adoption) are the face of the technical team towards our customers and the key actor in gathering requirements and iterate on delivery to make a profound and long-lasting IT impact through Cloud-driven transformation. Our Cloud Adoption work involves a complex delivery of different disciplines that comes together seamlessly and the Azure Cloud (Tech) Consultant is the architect behind this delivery.

• Provide technical guidance and expertise to the project team
• Coordinate tasks, distribute work efficiently, and foster a productive team environment
• Ensure that critical technical decisions are taken in a timely manner throughout the delivery process
• Communicate with each stakeholder (customer team and internal team) and gather all the relevant requirements for an A-grade delivery
• Be the face of the Cloud Adoption technical team towards the customer and deliver on the expectations
• Advocate for quality standards and best practices to improve the delivery quality
• Provide insights into the feasibility and complexity of various technical tasks and contribute to more accurate planning
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation within the technical team

• Proven experience in leading and managing multi-functional teams of engineers
• Strong technical background in one of the many facets of Azure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to summarise complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Great attention to detail, nothing goes by you
• Passionate about delivering high-quality and very detailed work
• Ability to prioritize tasks and summarize project progress
• Comfortable with taking ownership of projects and driving them to completion
• Humble and willing to learn from others in a collaborative team environment
• You speak English fluently, a plus but not a must: you speak German
