We are looking for a Field Service Technician (M/F/T) for Flowserve throughout Germany. You will carry out commissioning, customer training, maintenance, and repair work on-site with customers in Germany, occasionally abroad (worldwide).

• Independent coordination and implementation of service and repair operations including reporting and documentation
• Support and service activities during shutdowns and commissioning of valves, electric actuators and position controllers internationally
• Responsible for organizing the required equipment (tools, PPE, ...)
• Responsible for own HSE-related topics
• Training for service partners, customers, QRC, SCS and system operators regarding the repair and maintenance of fittings, valves, electric actuators and position controllers
• Personal and direct customer support
• Collaborate with sales to ensure coordinated support for the customer

• Completed training in mechanical, electrical engineering, mechatronics or comparable
• Good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
• Physical fitness
• Intercultural competence preferred
• MS Office, MS Teams, SAP R/3 and specific programs
• Willingness for further training including SCC certification
• Good documentation skills regarding reports and other documentation
• Ability to communicate well with customers and always present a positive image of the company
• Stress resistance and solution orientation
• Willingness to travel extensively within the country and abroad
