• Coordinating end-to-end interpretation projects: resources, vendors, deadlines, deliverables and tasks
• Budget management
• Team coordination
• Collaboration with Account Management and Business Development
• Supplier and vendor coordination
• Administrative management: requests, documentation, managing claims or incidents from clients
• Quality management

• Minimum 1 year experience in project management or similar positions with at least 3 years of Interpretation background
• Knowledge of the German Interpreting industry
• Bachelor's Degree, ideally with a specialization in Translation/Interpretation
• Proficient in English and German. Other languages will be highly valued
• User level of common office tools (Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint; Adobe Acrobat)
