• ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Who will you be working with?

This position entails working closely with other creative professionals in the conception and production of written elements and creatives for advertising campaigns. You will be reporting to our Content Team Lead.

• Interpret creative briefs to understand project requirements and develop concepts for execution
• You will create concise, eye-catching, and highly optimised content that communicates our clients’ messaging. Use audience insights, personas, keyword research, messaging themes, competitive information, and content performance analytics to write, edit, and execute content that is catchy, strategic, engaging, and conversational
• You do constant research and analysis to understand what’s working and what’s not, optimising the process accordingly. This also comes with active participation in team meetings and brainstorming sessions for campaign development
• You will collaborate with a team of campaign managers and creative staff, from concept development to delivery of the final product
• Your daily business consists of juggling multiple projects while consistently meeting tight deadlines Your guiding principles on that road are accuracy, empathy for the final user, and creative tweaks to achieve superior quality and outcomes
• Present copy concepts and final deliverables to the internal team, and during client meetings
• You contribute to internal communication projects (email marketing/social media/blog/website/ etc.)

• THESE ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND CHARACTERISTICS SHOULD DESCRIBE YOU:

Proven experience as a sales/e-commerce/direct response/B2C copywriter or related role (Min. 2 years experience, touchpoints with native advertising is a big plus)

• A natural creative with an uncanny ability to persuade through words in German and English
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills: Beyond respecting grammar you are above all an exceptional storyteller who makes products and services come to life
• Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines consistently
• Collaborative spirit
• Excellent time-management and organisational skills
