Supply Chain Coordinator jobs in Berlin

Hobson Prior is seeking a Clinical Trial Supply Chain Manager to join a dedicated team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, developing, and establishing global supply chains for clinical trials (Phase I to IV). This position requires close coordination with various internal departments and a focus on ensuring the continuous supply of necessary materials for clinical studies.

• Define, develop, and establish global supply chains for clinical trials
• Monitor clinical care needs and procure required materials, including comparators
• Manage bookings and tasks in IRT systems, including UAT
• Review manufacturing and packaging instructions, batch protocols, specifications, and SOPs
• Ensure GxP compliance in collaboration with quality management
• Develop SOPs and contribute to the improvement of clinical trial supply processes
• Represent the Clinical Trial Supply (CTS) department to internal and external stakeholders
• Support supplier selection, contract management, and budget preparation

• Proven professional experience in the GxP environment within clinical development
• Background in life sciences with experience in logistics or a related field
• Knowledge of European and US GMP requirements for labelling, packaging, and distribution of investigational medicinal products
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 10%)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
