Senior Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Technical Project Managers (TPMs) to join our team. As a TPM, you will play a crucial role in managing multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet our high-quality standards. You will work closely with developers, stakeholders, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.

• Oversee project planning and road mapping
• Write and manage tickets, ensuring clear and actionable tasks for developers
• Gather and document project requirements
• Follow up on progress and solve issues in collaboration with engineers
• Coordinate and consult with customers, providing technical guidance and decision-making support

• Experience as a developer or a recent graduate in Business Informatics (or related field) with some software engineering exposure
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts
• Experience with CI/CD, deployment, and APIs
• Structured, organised, and flexible thinker
• Excellent communication skills in German (mandatory) and English
• Comfortable presenting and consulting with clients
• Happy to work in the office 2-5 times a month - client dependent
