As our Senior PR & Communications Manager, you will work closely with the Marketing and the Leadership Team.

• Develop and execute comprehensive PR and communication strategies to promote the company's brand, products, and initiatives
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, bloggers, and influencers to secure press coverage and media placements
• Create compelling press releases, media pitches, and other communication materials to effectively communicate key messages and news announcements
• Oversee the development and maintenance of press lists, media databases, and communication assets
• Organize and coordinate press events, media interviews, and press conferences
• Organize and manage events, including logistics, promotion, and attendee engagement
• Monitor media coverage and industry trends, and provide timely insights and recommendations to management
• Coordinate our executive positioning initiatives
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of PR and communication campaigns, and provide regular reports to stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or related field, with a proven track record of successful PR campaigns and media placements
• Strong media relations skills, with established contacts in relevant media outlets and industries
• Experience in event management and executive positioning
• Native German and fluent English speaker, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to craft compelling press releases, pitches, and other communication materials
• Passion for sustainability and climate protection
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. Strong team player with a positive attitude and curiosity to learn
