BA Wind is responsible for the development, construction and operation of wind power onshore and offshore as well as other non-hydro renewable activities like solar and batteries. We manage the maintenance, operation and continuous improvement of wind generation assets, safely and with the highest levels of availability and profitability. We also perform the structuring and execution of project partnerships in accordance with overall wind strategy.

In BA Controlling we are the financial matter experts ensuring performance management, sound decision making and translating business performance of BA Wind by providing transparency of the portfolio, using our finance and system knowledge as well as our internal network influencing realization of BA Wind´s targets and strategy.

Vattenfall is now looking for the right person to fill the position as Working Student – Master Data Management in Business Area (BA) Wind, in our office in Berlin or Hamburg.

• Support in Master Data Management for the entire BA Wind towards Vattenfall Group
• Support other Wind Controlling departments on MDM topics
• Take responsibility for maintaining MDM internal documentations and providing training
• Support in improvement projects covering visualization tools like PowerBI

• You are studying business administration, Computer Science, or equivalent, and are an enrolled student (for at least another 12 month)
• You have very good Microsoft Office knowledge, in particular very good skills and experience in working with Excel
• You have initial experience with SAP KIS ERP system (modules PS/FI/CO)
• You have very good command of spoken and written English for day-to-day business communication
• You are motivated, communicative and friendly
• You have strong analytical and problem solving skills, with capability to interpret complex business transactions
• You like working in a team and can approach others openly and proactively

• Start and duration of contract: immediately; initial period of 12 months with the possibility to extend (no planned semester/ exchange abroad during this time period)
• Working hours: max. 20 hours a week; up to 37 hours a week during semester break

• Work equipment: a laptop will be provided to you
