Together with our partner, Eckes-Granini, a leading beverage manufacturer in the European food industry, we are currently looking for a SAP Operations Manager (m/f/d) in Nieder-Olm or Barcelona with a flexible remote working option.

As an SAP Operations Manager (m/f/d), you will become an employee of a traditional company and bring your expertise to a dynamic environment and international team.

• You act as the interface between departments, IT, and external partners, ensuring the smooth operation of the SAP environment
• You are in constant communication with external service providers and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and contractual terms
• You conduct regular performance analyses and optimizations to ensure optimal performance of the SAP systems
• You take the lead in planning, coordinating, and implementing technical SAP projects (e.g., SAP GUI/NWBC rollouts or system upgrades)
• You strengthen the competence team’s expertise, acting as a sparring partner and backup for competence team colleagues in selected streams

• You have successfully completed vocational training or an academic degree in a technically relevant field
• Ideally, you are experienced in monitoring and managing contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) with third-party providers; alternatively, you are confident in taking this on as your next career step
• You have several years of experience in the SAP environment, whether in administration, consulting or another SAP-related role
• You possess a good understanding of common SAP technologies and ideally have technical knowledge in Basis, integration/middleware, transport management or ABAP
• You communicate proactively and efficiently with internal and external stakeholders in fluent English and German
