Your responsibilities

We are looking for an innovative Product Manager (Machine Learning) (F/M/D) to lead the development and implementation of machine learning features within CELUS. You will be responsible for guiding the product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful deployment of machine learning models that enhance the CELUS platform's capabilities and user experience.

• Define and execute the machine learning product strategy in alignment with the company's goals and vision
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to identify and prioritize machine learning use cases
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI/ML models into products, from ideation and prototyping to deployment and iterative improvements
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product development and ensure the creation of cutting-edge machine learning solutions
• Work closely with the VP Product to develop go-to-market strategies for new machine learning features and products
• Manage the product backlog, including new feature requests, enhancements, and bug fixes
• Drive the continuous improvement of machine learning models by analyzing performance metrics and incorporating user feedback
• Communicate product updates and insights to internal teams and external stakeholders effectively
• Interpret and communicate AI/ML model behavior, ensuring transparency and accountability for all deployed models across the company

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in product management with a focus on machine learning or artificial intelligence products
• Proven experience with SaaS B2B or B2C products, preferably in a startup environment
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks in Python and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• Familiarity with machine learning deployment workflows
• Strong understanding of the mathematical principles behind AI/ML models. Experience with NLP and generative AI is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English
