• Problem Solving: Take ownership of reported customer issues, investigating and diagnosing problems to find effective solutions
• Incident Management: Lead the incident response flow, ensuring that our services remain reliable and efficient
• Automation & Optimization: Identify opportunities for automation and implement them to streamline processes
• Collaboration: Work closely with different stakeholders to conduct blameless post-mortems and continuously improve our systems
• Monitoring & Support: Monitor SLO alerts, manage error budgets, and resolve open support tickets in compliance with SLAs

We’re looking for someone who is

• A solid educational background in computer science, IT training, or a similar qualification
• Hands-on experience in IT operations or production support
• Practical knowledge of Linux platforms
• Familiarity with technologies such as Proxmox, OpenStack, OpenShift, Artifactory Enterprise, Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker, PostgreSQL, Grafana, Prometheus, GitLab, Terraform, Jira, and Confluence
• Proficiency in one of the following programming languages: Python, Bash Scripting, Go, or Perl
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work flexibly in a 24x7 support model
• Strong communication skills in German (at least B2) and a good command of English
