• Managing and developing the Group's employees in accordance with HUK-COBURG's management principles
• Planning, conception and consulting activities in the context of application development for the commission and campaign management systems
• Acceptance and analysis of technical requirements relating to the applications and development of solution approaches
• Responsibility for overarching IT concepts, taking into account a future-proof business and software architecture
• Project or sub-project management of IT projects, deployment in key positions within projects
• Independent work on the pulse of the company with many new technologies and innovative projects

• Completed degree in computer science or training as an IT specialist with experience in HOST/JAVA, ideally also in the SAP environment
• Extensive knowledge of the IT environment: application design, frameworks, architectures, services, platforms, technologies
• Experience in (agile) project management, ideally in a highly regulated environment
• The ability to lead and motivate employees in a goal-oriented and team-oriented manner
• Particularly strong conceptual and analytical thinking skills
• High level of communication skills, self-confident demeanor and talent for moderation
• Ability to work independently and autonomously, strong customer and service orientation and ability to innovate
