Your mission

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment
• Proven track record of managing the full marketing cycle and delivering measurable results
• Experience in event organisation, with a demonstrated ability to plan and execute successful corporate events
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to set and achieve ambitious KPIs
• Creative thinker with a good sense of aesthetics and branding, capable of delivering impactful marketing materials
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organisation
• High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards in all marketing efforts
• Fluency in German and English
