In the Business Process Management Office for Supply Chain Management, we design and implement business processes along the supply chain. (customer, production plant, supplier). As part of our international team, you will gain an in-depth understanding of related processes and project management tools and methods.

• During your internship you will assist with process visualisation using the BPML 2.0 process modelling language and process modelling tools
• You will prepare regular meetings and take minutes of various meetings
• Additionally, you will also support process activities in S4 Hana and umbrella tools, as well as project management using Jira and PowerBI
• Finally, you will contribute to the documentation of the current process work for the target group in the business units

• Education: studies in the field of Business Informatics, Business Mining, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or comparable
• Experience and Knowledge: competent handling of MS Office, ideally some experience in the area of supply chain management and business digital transformation
• Personality and Working Practice: well organised and independent person who is able to grasp new things quickly, communicate openly and is keen to learn new things as well as change perspectives and find common ground
• Enthusiasm: interested in new tools and agile software development
• Languages: fluent in English and in German

Duration: 6 months

• 35 hours/week with flextime
