Contract Type: Permanent - full-time

Role / Purpose / Mission

As the Lift Project Leader at the Berneck site, you will be responsible for the successful planning and execution of the Lift project. You will lead an interdisciplinary team, act as the key interface with headquarters Zurich and BDF Hamburg, and oversee the SAP rollout. Your focus will be on defining all relevant SCP processes, ensuring milestone planning and adherence to the overall project timeline, and supporting key users in all operational and strategic aspects of the project.

Main Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the Lift project at the Berneck site, ensuring successful implementation in time, budget, and scope
• Lead and coordinate a cross-functional, interdisciplinary project team within the site
• Act as the main contact person for project-related topics towards headquarters (HQ) and BDF Hamburg
• Lead and manage the rollout of SAP in the Supply Chain Planning environment, ensuring system readiness and business continuity
• Define and document all SCP-related processes in alignment with global standards and local requirements
• Develop and manage the project timeline, set clear milestones, and ensure their on-time achievement
• Serve as main point of contact for key users within the plant, guiding and supporting them through the transition and system integration
• Ensure all users are well-prepared for the new processes and tools through structured training and communication

Qualifications

• Strong background in project management, ideally in supply chain or production environments
• Experience with SAP systems, especially in rollout or implementation projects
• Proven leadership experience in interdisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Structured, solution-oriented, and proactive working style
• Experience with change management and process design is a plus
