**In this role, you’ll be at the heart of shaping the future of HR services across the EMEA region, with a focus on Austria.** You’ll collaborate with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to manage key HR processes, ensure legal compliance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR workflows.**What You’ll Do*** **Official Correspondence**: Prepare official HR communications, such as contracts, changes in employment relationships, and certificates, ensuring compliance with labor law and company regulations.* **Payroll Interface**: Work closely with payroll to optimize workflows and ensure the timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll, maintaining compliance with quality standards.* **Salary Review**: Participate in the annual salary review process in cooperation with HR management and payroll, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal standards.* **HR Process and Digitalization**: Dive deep into HR policy, process, and digitalization topics to find pragmatic and sustainable solutions, supporting overall operational efficiency.* **Employee Inquiries**: Handle and coordinate general employee inquiries, contributing to a positive employee experience.* **Benefits and Recognition Programs**: Manage and continuously improve benefits and recognition programs that support employee engagement and well-being.* **HR Projects and Initiatives**: Actively contribute to various HR projects and initiatives, utilizing your expertise and talents to drive improvements across the organization.* **International Collaboration**: While your focus will be local to Austria, you will also have the opportunity to work on initiatives and projects across the EMEA region.We offer this role in full-time or part-time (minimum 32 hours/week across at least 4 working days).**What You Bring*** Degree with an **HR focus** or relevant vocational education/training, with mindset and attitude being key.* Relevant practical experience in the **HR service environment** or related fields.* Knowledge of **payroll,** labor, tax and **social security law**.* Experience working with **HR IT solutions**, MS Office tools, and apps.* **Structured** work style, excellent **organizational** skills, and strong **attention to detail**.* **Reliability, flexibility, and discretion in handling sensitive information.*** Confident in communication with **fluency** in both **German** and **English** (written and spoken).* Strong **team player** with high service and results orientation.* Knowledge of **project and process management**, as well as Agile/Lean methodologies is an advantage.* Proactive and solution-focused approach to HR challenges.**What You Can Expect*** **Flexible Hybrid Work Model:**Achieve a better work-life balance with our adaptable hybrid working options.* **Meal Allowance:**Benefit from a digital meal designed to suit your preferences.* **Job Bike Leasing Program:**Participate in our bike leasing program to promote a healthier and more active lifestyle.* **Transport Subsidy:**Receive financial support for your Job Ticket to help with your daily travel costs.* **Extra Vacation Days:**Take advantage of an optional additional week of vacation to recharge.* **Support Sustainability:**Access electric vehicle charging stations in our parking area to support eco-friendly commuting.* **Global Collaboration:**Work alongside an international team of specialists, sharing knowledge and insights from diverse backgrounds.* **Professional Growth Opportunities:** Discover excellent chances for career development and skill enhancement. *We offer a competitive salary based on your qualifications and professional experience.
