• Develop and implement outbound marketing strategies and tactics to promote our products ProvenExpert and ProvenEmployer
• Conceptualize and manage email marketing campaigns
• Plan and execute direct advertising and other growth hacking activities such as banners and pop-ups, sponsorships, print and outdoor advertising
• Utilize various analytics tools to measure the success of our internal and external marketing strategies (e.g., Facebook/Google Ads Manager)
• Analyze and optimize marketing measures to improve our KPIs and continuously monitor and report on KPIs
• Closely collaborate with the sales team for lead generation and qualification of large customers (with more than 1 license)

• A degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in B2B SaaS marketing
• Solid knowledge of email marketing and growth hacking
• Experience with automation and our CRM tool HubSpot
• Analytical thinking skills and experience with analytics tools
• Creativity, initiative, and teamwork
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
