What your tasks are

• Consulting for customers within SAP SuccessFactors projects
• Technical responsibility for the customer
• Relationship management with new and existing customers
• Technical project responsibility in consulting and meetings
• Responsibility for pre-sales and sales activities
• Leading client workshops and presentations
• Mentoring our young professionals and technical responsibility for consultants
• Continuous training of hard and soft skills

What experience you should have

• More than 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors and/or HCM
• Completed certification in at least one SAP SuccessFactors module (Talent Management, Learning, Recruiting, P&G, Succession Planning)
• Several years of experience in project work and strong consulting expertise
• High flexibility and willingness to travel
• Interest in open and constructive cooperation
• Business fluency in German and English
