Your new adventure

In this role, you will drive innovation initiatives aligned with business goals, fostering creativity and organizational growth. The focus is on cross-functional collaboration in developing new ideas beyond current products, services, and business models.

• Develop and implement innovation strategies supporting company growth
• Participate in planning, managing, and controlling the innovation process
• Design and facilitate innovation workshops and similar events from preparation to follow-up
• Lead ideation sessions and manage the innovation portfolio
• Share methodological knowledge and digital expertise within BRP-Rotax’s core competencies
• Create an inspiring work environment and promote a culture of innovation and adaptability
• Conduct market research, analysis, and prepare decision documents; communicate proactively within the organization
• Manage and further develop the existing idea management platform
• Lead innovation projects and manage cross-functional teams to ensure success

Your Skills And Experiences

• Degree in innovation management, product management, engineering, or similar
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience, preferably in a technology-driven or manufacturing international company
• Experience in innovation strategies, workshop moderation, international collaboration, and project management
• Knowledge of business model innovation, trend analysis, idea management, etc
• Additional training in innovation, lean management, design thinking, TRIZ, agile methods (SCRUM) is a plus
• Communicative, independent, with a strategic outlook, negotiation skills, and assertiveness
• Fluent in German and very good English skills
