Location: Remote within the EU | Full-time

As the Head of Product, you will be responsible for the development and execution of our product strategy and play a key role in scaling both our product and product organization. You ensure that our innovative solutions meet the needs of our customers, continuously evolving in a dynamic, agile environment. This role offers you the opportunity to take on significant responsibility from the start and play a pivotal role in shaping product-market fit in a fast-growing startup.

Your Responsibilities

• Developing and owning the product strategy in close alignment with the different stakeholders
• Building and scaling product processes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Prioritizing and managing the product backlog to ensure we focus on the most impactful tasks
• Identifying new market opportunities and target audiences to expand market leadership
• Customer focus: Working closely with customers and stakeholders to anticipate their needs and develop innovative solutions
• Leading agile processes such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Taking responsibility for product-market fit and the scaling of our products

What you should bring

• Experience in product management, ideally in building and scaling B2B software products
• Experience in a startup or high-growth company
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and proactively address customer needs
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English, to effectively influence stakeholders and team members
• High degree of initiative and entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in a fast-moving environment
