Client Success Partner, Streaming

Job Description

Sportradar's Audiovisual Betting Unit is currently looking for a Client Success Partner, Streaming to help the team successfully maintain and develop relationships with our clients. The candidate will be part of our Client Success team and work closely with our Director of Client Success, administration, technical project/platform, content management, and sales teams. The ideal candidate must communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and engage with external clients to achieve the company’s goals.

The Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship as the first point of contact for client-related matters and their long-term success
• Lead post-sales activities including onboarding, training, demos, business reviews, regular check-ins, ongoing support, and renewals
• Coordinate and align internally between Sales, Administration, and Product teams
• Understand client KPIs and provide recommendations and insights using internal and external tools
• Identify opportunities for additional revenue through cross- and upselling
• Support sales teams in articulating our value proposition to potential clients
• Prepare client-facing materials such as reports, sales decks, and educational presentations
• Willingness to travel for internal and client meetings as per travel policies

The Ideal Candidate

• Has 3+ years of experience in client relationship, success, or account management roles
• Can build and maintain strategic relationships within companies to drive joint success
• Possesses strong commercial, analytical, and operational skills to foster long-term client relationships
• Can influence and persuade senior stakeholders
• Is technology-savvy with a high interest in digital sports and betting
• Is highly independent and self-driven
• Knowledge of online sports betting/iGaming industry and marketing strategies is a plus
• Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages like Spanish or Portuguese are advantageous

Additional Information

The minimum monthly salary is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement, with overpayment depending on experience.
