The Impact You’ll Make
As a Product Manager at Lam, you play a crucial role in defining the strategy, roadmap, and features of the product. You are both strategic and tactical, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from definition and planning to production release, upgrades, and end-of-life. Your leadership skills will be vital in ensuring cross-functional collaboration across departments to drive the success of the product portfolio. With expertise in both business and technical domains, you’ll bring the product vision to life for Lam and our customers.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and manage activities for specific products or groups of products from inception to end-of-life: including definition, planning, production, release, and upgrades
• Provide technical counseling to internal teams on product design and configuration to meet customer requirements
• Serve as the central resource for Clean Tools, overseeing design, process, manufacturing, testing, quality, and marketing as products move to production and distribution
• Lead internal meetings and workshops with the product ownership team and keep management informed about progress and results
• Engage throughout all stages of a product’s lifecycle, including modifications, upgrades, and maintenance

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the semiconductor equipment industry in Product or Program Management
• Extensive knowledge of Semiconductor Wet Processing Equipment Technology
• Minimum BSc Degree in Chemical Engineering, Physics, Electronics, or Materials Science
• Certification in Project Management and Lean Six Sigma is a plus
• Ability to exercise independent judgment applying scientific and technical knowledge
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in English
• Strong analytical skills and ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
• Willingness to travel internationally

What We're Offering

This position is based in Villach, Austria, and is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry, occupation group G. Salary is negotiable based on expertise and skills, paid 14 times per year.
