Strengthening the IKEA brand and increasing online visits, engagement, and conversion is paramount. To achieve maximum sales growth and profitability in the E-commerce channel, you will contribute actively to attract and convert more consumers into customers:
• You focus on creating strategies for your product range and implement them into our online channels, as well as sales steering according to prior analysis.
• You plan, service, optimize, and develop your product categories based on business needs and aligned with the overall commercial direction and seasonality.
• You define forecasts for sales and activity needs within your range scope, collaborating with the larger Commercial team. You will be responsible for reaching sales targets and supporting conversion rate and sales optimization.
• You monitor sales and sales margin data, coordinating relevant stakeholders to make informed decisions on sales steering and to identify needs.
• You gather and define relevant KPIs, forecasts, and performance analyses, and follow up on them.
• You contribute to optimizing range changes and offers in collaboration with Sales Leaders, working proactively with stakeholders to ensure correct fulfillment and forecasting.
• You develop product management strategies and content to support them, including SEO texts for your product area.
• You optimize the user experience and customer journey, ensuring an easy buying process.
• You deliver insights to key stakeholders in the market and the global matrix on how to improve the omnichannel customer experience.

The minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position is EUR €2471 gross per month (full-time). We offer a starting salary of EUR 2739 gross per month based on an all-in contract.
