As a Localization Tester, your main role will be to check the linguistic quality of localized products, ensuring they meet EA’s standards before certification. You may also assist EA’s Customer Experience team in evaluating their advisors.

Your primary responsibilities will include

• Completing assigned tasks thoroughly
• Reporting bugs, flaws, or issues accurately in English and German, and ensuring they are resolved before release
• Informing Leads and Senior Testers of any issues that could delay testing
• Seeking ways to improve your testing knowledge and skills
• Following EA security procedures for equipment and software
• Reporting to the Linguistic Team Lead

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and German (both written and verbal), with native proficiency in German
• Ability to approach testing systematically and with attention to detail
• Interest and knowledge of video games across PC, Mac, consoles (PS, Xbox), and mobile platforms
• Proactive, team-oriented, and player-focused
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows environment
• At least 18 years old

Special Considerations

• EA offers relocation support for candidates outside Madrid
• You must be eligible to work in Spain; EA does not sponsor visas for this role
• Work may involve peak periods with varying workloads; regular hours are 40 per week, with occasional overtime compensated with time off
