• Job Introduction**

Our 8-month trainee programme targets HTL and Bachelor graduates, as well as career changers with a focus on IT and network technology. The programme provides comprehensive insights, training, team exchanges, and rotations across various teams, culminating in a permanent employment contract and involvement in innovative projects like remote tower solutions. The programme begins in September 2025.

During the Trainee Programme

• Participate in internal training on technologies, customer interaction, and Frequentis products, remotely or on-site
• Rotate through different teams and contribute to implementing communication and information systems
• Handle initial independent tasks such as configuration, testing, and system integration support
• Possibly undertake business trips
• Support system engineering teams with IT expertise

Post-Programme Responsibilities

• Implement communication and information systems
• Configure hardware and software components
• Identify customer requirements and perform technical testing
• Conduct system tests, fault isolation, and reporting
• Participate in system integrations and customer acceptance globally

Key Qualifications

• Completed HTL/college or bachelor's degree focusing on IT or network technology
• Knowledge in Linux, Windows, virtualization, scripting, VoIP, and networks
• First work experience and certifications (e.g., CCNA) are advantageous
• Willingness to learn new technologies and face technical challenges
• Good command of English and German; Spanish is a plus
• Open-minded, quality-oriented, independent, and responsible working style
• Willing to travel for customer acceptance% annually)
