Program Overview

Sportradar’s International Graduate Program aims to develop the next wave of high-potential leaders at the intersection of technology, sports, and product innovation. Participants will learn to translate user insights, market analysis, and data trends into new business models and innovative product solutions.

Over 12 months, you’ll rotate across key departments—spanning Sports Betting, Sports Media, and iGaming—gaining a comprehensive understanding of Sportradar’s product portfolio and the broader sports tech industry. These rotations will help you build strong product management fundamentals and develop a cross-functional view of the business.

You will work alongside product managers, designers, engineers, and business analysts to create data-driven, client-centric solutions using technologies like machine learning, real-time systems, and predictive analytics. You’ll gain experience in translating market trends and user insights into impactful product strategies.

Mentorship from Product Leaders and access to senior leadership will support your growth. International rotations and potential relocation will provide global exposure, helping you build an international network and collaborate across teams.

You’ll follow a tailored development plan covering product management, client success, and technologies such as AI/ML. A mix of internal and external learning opportunities will ensure continuous growth aligned with your career and personal goals.

By the end of the program, you’ll be prepared to step into a full-time role, equipped to drive innovation in sports technology.

Qualifications

• Have (or will have by program start) a master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Product Management, Business Strategy, or a related field
• Passionate about AI and real-time data shaping immersive sports experiences
• Demonstrated interest in technology, sports, and product development
• Strategic and analytical thinking, with a love for solving user problems creatively
• Enjoy working across cultures, disciplines, and borders in a dynamic, global environment
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Curious, resilient, and eager to grow fast alongside Sportradar and its clients

Bonus Points if you have..

• Experience with machine learning models, data analytics, or sports-related tech projects
• Technical foundation, such as coding, ML/AI basics, APIs, or technical project experience
• Participation in hackathons, startup incubators, or student-led product initiatives
• Knowledge of sports, gaming, betting, or immersive media technology

You must have valid and permanent work permission for the European Union at the time of application.
