About the job: This role focuses on autonomous vehicle technologies for EMEAI customers. You will be responsible for developing AV portfolio-related business plans and strategic customer engagements to support sales in designated market segments, ensuring customer success—the core of our Keysight Leadership Model.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and drive AV opportunities to grow the business, penetrate the market, and gain market share
  • Develop strategic and emerging customer relationships to build partnerships and maintain relationships with business partners at all levels
  • Analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities (e.g., Autonomous Driving, Connected Car), develop strategic directions, and create compelling market analysis presentations
  • Act as the interface between customers and the Automotive and Energy Solution Business Unit
  • Lead sales engagements and business development projects, coordinating with other functions, customers, and third parties
  • Develop and execute NPI strategies and share insights with stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Strong relevant experience in automotive applications (e.g., in-vehicle networks, connected cars) in a customer-focused environment
  • Deep understanding of and network within the automotive ecosystem (chipset manufacturers, OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, system integrators) from R&D to manufacturing
  • Proven knowledge of automotive sensor technologies such as LiDAR, RADAR, cameras, from component to system level
  • Understanding of development processes according to the V-model, including SiL, HiL, and ViL testing
  • Knowledge of automotive standards for AV, such as NCAP
  • Ability to translate complex customer needs into end-to-end solutions through professional consulting
  • Customer-first, solution-oriented mindset with a proactive sales attitude
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree or higher in Electrical, Communication, Computer, Automotive Engineering, or related fields

Nice to have

  • Expertise in simulation, RF, mm-wave, and RADAR technology
  • Fluency in German is a significant advantage
