We are looking for a

• Graduate Account Manager based in Vienna (Austria)

Our Arrow’s EMEA Graduate Program is a 12-month journey designed specifically for graduates who completed their education not more than 2 years ago and are seeking practical learning opportunities. We provide a platform to work with experienced mentors to accelerate and establish a solid foundation to build and grow your career at Arrow. During the program, selected candidates will learn on-the-job, improve both professional and soft skills, and meet with and learn from experts across the business. By the end of the program, you will have the grounding to further develop a successful career in Arrow.

What you should expect from the role

Arrow believes that the best way for you to learn is by fully integrating you into the business and giving you accountability for your tasks. Throughout the program, you will also need to complete assignments to put your learning into practice and work alongside highly specialized experts on:

• Lead Point of Contact: Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
• Relationship Management: Service and develop relationships within the existing customer base
• Customer Satisfaction and Engagement: Maintain communication with customers and ensure their satisfaction with our Digital Solutions
• (Cross-Team) Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to generate digital revenue
• Customer Support: Orient customers based on market and platform information
• Analytical Mindset: Help identify and resolve campaign performance issues and coordinate next steps with the team

Requirements

• You must have a legal right to work in the country where the position is located
• You have obtained or will obtain a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business-related studies in 2023 or within the last 2 years. Background in engineering is appreciated
• Business fluent German and English (oral & written)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact proactively with the team, external stakeholders, and customers
• You must be flexible and willing to be geographically mobile
• Creative, outside-the-box thinker who brings new ideas and is not afraid to share them
