What you bring with you

  • Experience & Expertise: Completed education in hospitality or tourism management and at least five years of professional experience in a leadership role
  • Language Skills: Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office, hotel management software, and booking platforms
  • Personality: Leadership ability, organizational talent, and the capability to act flexibly and solution-oriented in a dynamic environment
  • Passion: Enjoy interacting with guests and colleagues and strive for continuous improvement

Your tasks

  • Lead and Develop: Manage the operations of the reception as well as the front and back office teams, fostering employee growth through targeted training and development
  • Ensure Quality: Guarantee excellent guest service and optimize internal processes
  • Strategic Actions: Increase room occupancy, implement pricing strategies, and monitor booking platforms
  • Communication: Work closely with the management and other departments to achieve shared objectives
  • Organization: Efficiently coordinate schedules, reservations, and complaint management
