All the responsibilities we'll trust you with

• Implementation of Global Music StrategyYou'll be responsible for consulting and supporting local teams in the development & execution of Music Marketing programmes in their countries, aligned with our global strategy. You will ensure brand standards and quality across campaigns, activations, and events, safeguarding Red Bull’s positioning and brand equity in Music
• Project ManagementYou will develop tools and guidelines for our global events portfolio, focusing on impactful 360° event campaigns, enhancing efficiencies (ticketing, partnerships, merchandising), and fostering cross-departmental collaboration
• Development of New Music ProjectsYou will ideate and develop new consumer-facing music projects, both mainstream (large-scale and booking-based) and community-focused (participatory and skill-based), in line with our music strategy and principles
• Monitoring, Reporting & InsightsYou will handle pre-event alignments, collect and analyze event data, run debriefs, and share insights to facilitate continuous improvement and innovation
• Music Content FormatsResearch, innovate, and review global Music content formats, aligning improvements with the Music Media Network team

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role

• University degree
• Proficient in written and spoken English; additional languages (e.g., Spanish) are a plus
• Understanding of the cultural landscape, especially the Music Industry, with a maintained network in the Culture field
• Strong project management skills, particularly in cultural projects, including coordination with internal/external teams, agencies, production partners, and freelancers
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strategic thinking with a good grasp of brand marketing principles
• Curious, positive, and proactive attitude
• Self-motivated team player, comfortable working in a diverse, fast-paced, multicultural environment
• International experience is advantageous

Due to legal reasons, the minimum salary for this position is €2,303 gross per month, as per the collective agreement. However, our compensation package is competitive and above this minimum, reflecting market standards.
