Responsibilities

• Execute market, trend, and competitor analyses to drive product and market innovations
• Manage the product database, information, and create the product portfolio matrix
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from idea generation to phase-out in collaboration with R&D and the design office
• Provide product support and conduct training for internal departments
• Manage product updates, variations, modifications, and redesigns
• Participate in product optimizations and coordinate cost-saving projects
• Calculate project costs and support the commercial aspects of project releases
• Lead a team of product managers
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of working time

Qualifications

• Completed technical or economic studies (BA, BSc) with at least 3 years relevant experience in manufacturing
• Experience in leading professional projects
• Profound knowledge of product lifecycle, analysis, and profitability
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
• Good communication, assertiveness, enthusiasm, and sales skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership skills
• Fluent in German and English
