About the Role

The role involves overseeing real estate operations across South East Europe, including strategic asset management, property management, and ensuring alignment with company goals. The regions include Budapest, Bucharest, and Vienna, with a hybrid remote/office work model at Siemens Energy Austria GmbH.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize project teams, develop schedules, and allocate resources
• Create a 5-year maintenance strategy for real estate assets
• Support Siemens Energy’s carbon reduction initiatives for the built environment by 2030
• Develop strategies for facility management and optimize space utilization
• Collaborate with stakeholders and manage real estate portfolio performance
• Supervise maintenance and engage subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and company standards
• Negotiate leases, purchases, and sales, and manage budgets

Qualifications

• Degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Facility Management, or related field
• Fluency in English and German
• Over 10 years of experience in real estate or industrial management
• Proven leadership and team management skills
