Responsibilities

• You run your own service station with aroundguests
• You are responsible for the smooth service process at breakfast and dinner
• You give qualified wine recommendations from our wine list
• You advise our guests about our food and drink offerings
• You are responsible for overseeing the daily mise en place work
• You support the training of our interns and apprentices
• You work with the Novacom POS system

Qualifications

• Work experience in similar companies
• Good wine knowledge or sommelier training is an advantage
• Good communication skills with a strong service orientation
• Sense of responsibility
• Flexibility, teamwork and resilience
• Knowledge of foreign languages
