Responsibilities

• Acquire new leads and potential customers
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets
• Manage the entire sales process (price negotiations, quotations, proposals)
• Present products to customers
• Participate in air shows and sales events
• Visit customers on-site
• Maintain customer and project data in CRM
• Support and manage Sales Partners
• Coordinate with relevant departments during projects
• Report to superiors

Profile

• Experienced Sales Manager with business or technical education
• Ability to work independently and reliably
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and intercultural skills
• Problem-solving attitude
• Ability to work under stress and time pressure
• Team player
• Proficient in MS Office

We Offer

The minimum gross salary for this position is €3,329.62, with potential overpayment depending on qualifications and experience. We are accessible by public transport, offer on-site parking, and have an internal staff restaurant with discounts.
