Operations Launch Manager - Tech/Perishables (f/m/d)

DP World is seeking experienced Operations Launch Managers to join our fast-paced Contract Logistics PMO. These roles involve managing operations-focused project delivery, workstream progress, quality assurance, and customer service in line with our global launch governance methodology. The position is remote with extensive travel across Europe depending on project locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of new contract logistics launches according to the Launch Governance Methodology
• Coordinate planning, development, testing, and implementation to ensure timely delivery and quality
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers throughout project lifecycles
• Manage project budgets, identify and resolve issues, and meet project goals
• Escalate critical issues to the Ops Launch Director & Project Manager
• Support system design and UAT to ensure successful project go-live and operational handover
• Complete process flows and lead business process redesign teams
• Present operational solutions to stakeholders and support training for operational teams

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in warehouse operations within logistics or manufacturing sectors, preferably in Tech, Industrial, Retail, Consumer, or Perishables
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Strong leadership and team motivation abilities
• Experience with site launches and continuous improvement initiatives is advantageous
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to translate ideas into action
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining enthusiasm and energy to meet deadlines
