• Ensuring a first-class guest experience through excellent service
• Creating and implementing duty rosters and workflows
• Coordinating with the kitchen, reception and other departments
• Quality control and compliance with hygiene standards (HACCP)
• Development and implementation of service and sales concepts
• Ordering goods and stock management in collaboration with the F&B department
• Complaint management and professional guest care
