With your help, we aim to elevate our marketing initiatives for the Payment & Identity division and better support our customers on their journey into a digital future.

Your responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end campaign management, from planning through execution and post-campaign analysis
• Collaborate with Sales teams and stakeholders to implement marketing strategies and create high-quality presentations, case studies, and FAQ documents
• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events such as webinars, conferences, and live presentations
• Develop marketing materials, website content, promotional campaigns, and sales support documentation
• Create success stories and messaging that showcase the value of our payment solutions
• Promote product launches, awards, and news to increase visibility
• Ensure marketing assets and documentation are updated and aligned with product evolution and messaging standards
• Work with digital marketing teams to optimize website content and ensure messaging consistency
• Coordinate projects efficiently, acting as a solution-oriented team member

Your profile

• Several years of proven B2B marketing experience, especially in sales enablement and marketing initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management, organization, coordination, and communication skills
• Solution-oriented mindset with effective advocacy for marketing initiatives
• Expertise in producing marketing assets, with the ability to simplify complex information
• Good decision-making skills, leadership potential, and ownership of projects
• Understanding of the banking and payments industry and technologies
• Proficiency in German and English for creating content and communicating with stakeholders

Our salary range for this position starts at EUR 65,000 gross per year. The actual offer will depend on your skills and experience and may be significantly higher.
