• Lead and manage end-to-end counseling services for students aiming to study in Austria, ensuring best practices in admission and visa support.

• Stay current with student visa regulations and immigration policies related to Austria and other relevant countries (USA, Germany, Ireland).
• Offer cross-country admission guidance, especially for students considering multiple destinations.
• Conduct advanced counseling sessions, student-family consultations, and orientation programs.
• Represent the organization in education fairs, webinars, and B2B engagements.
• Track and review team performance metrics; implement quality improvement strategies and operational enhancements.
• Build and maintain a centralized knowledge base and deliver training to junior counselors.
• Collaborate with university representatives, and other internal/external stakeholders.
• Oversee pre-departure preparation modules and monitor student feedback for continuous improvement.
• Promote judicious use of natural resources.
• Adhere to the organization's environment, health, and safety policies, objectives, and guidelines.
• Follow the ABMS roles and responsibilities details as prescribed on the ABMS manual.

Education

• Graduate or global equivalent degree in a relevant field, such as law, international relations, or education
• A postgraduate degree in business administration, education management, or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 8–9 years of progressive experience in international education counseling, with a strong focus on Austrian admissions. Possesses in-depth knowledge of university requirements, documentation procedures, and visa regulations for Austria, along with experience guiding students to study in the USA, Germany, and Ireland
• Demonstrates a proven track record in team management, performance oversight, and process optimization. Skilled in handling complex student cases and mentoring junior counselors to maintain high service standards
• Experienced in building relationships with international institutions, collaborating with embassies, and ensuring compliance with evolving visa policies. Familiar with stakeholder communication and the use of digital tools or CRMs to track and enhance the student journey
