Our clients are some of the world’s biggest shippers, including Fortune 500 companies. We are also operating Sweden’s largest truck dedicated public charging network and counting.

You will

Your mission when joining the Daily Operations DACH team at Einride will be to support customers in Austria ensuring operational excellence. The role is fully remote and requires occasional customer and other stakeholder visits.

  • Customer Relations: Act as the first point of contact for customers and partners (carriers, electric truck workshops), handle and resolve requests, monitor the support inbox, and provide on-site and go-live support
  • Operations & Coordination: Manage daily operations and planning, and coordinate with internal stakeholders (invoicing, hardware, charging)
  • Performance & Support: Analyze, optimize, and report on performance to secure KPIs and SLAs. You'll also support customer deployment projects and assist account managers with back-office tasks

We expect you to

Be a strong collaborator and communicator with excellent organizational skills. You should possess a service and solution-oriented mindset, acting independently and confidently in your ability to prioritize and make decisions. A hands-on mentality and an openness to thrive in a fast-scaling environment are also crucial

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain/Operations, or Logistics
  • Experience: Prior experience in a customer-facing role within operations, logistics, or other relevant settings is a plus
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in German (min. C2) and English (min. C1), both written and spoken
  • Technical Interest: Demonstrated interest in new technologies, specifically within electric transport, and sustainability
  • Location: Residence in or willingness to relocate to the area of Linz, Vienna, or Graz is a plus

We offer attractive and performance-based compensation, commensurate with your qualifications and professional experience. The minimum salary for this position is 2.680,- € gross per month on a full-time basis.
