• Functional Consultant - Salesforce Financial Services (f/m/x)

The Retail Risk Tribe is actively seeking a skilled Functional Consultant with experience in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role focuses on developing innovative Collections solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Salesforce products and a background in Retail Risk or Debt Collections.

Your role at RBI

• Work with Collections experts in RBI Network Banks to gather and analyze requirements, providing advice on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud implementation
• Develop and document functional specifications for Salesforce implementations
• Configure Salesforce to meet requirements, including customizations and integrations
• Participate in product enhancements and ongoing development initiatives

Your core competencies

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and Service Cloud; Marketing Cloud experience is a plus
• Experience in the financial services industry, especially banking, Retail Risk, or Debt Collections
• Deep understanding of Salesforce products and services
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with agile methodologies
