Job Description

  • Grow and develop talented teams of product managers. Build up team bench strength with a balance of skills that meet the organizational needs
  • Promote product management methodologies, tools, and best practices through coaching, mentoring, and leading by example
  • Responsible for formal people leadership tasks such as hiring, onboarding, training, mentoring, career development, and salary planning for product managers
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives to facilitate collaboration between departments and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication
  • Evaluate and improve communication with customers (e.g., Customer Advisory Boards) and customer-facing teams to enhance feedback, support, and escalation handling
  • Collaborate with other directors to ensure consistent methodologies and practices across teams
  • Support and exemplify Dynatrace values and culture

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of product management experience or equivalent in a software company
  • 4+ years of leadership managing product management teams, preferably larger than 10 members
  • Experience in application performance or cloud technology
  • Proven track record of building world-class product teams and implementing best practices
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with excellent communication skills and a bias for action

Compensation and rewards
